Cay’s Bison Queso
Cay's Bison Queso Dip is sure to be a crowd pleaser at your next event. This Bison Queso recipe is a favorite of all of employees at Lone Peak Bison. Why not serve it up for this weekend's Big Game?
- 1 lb 1 lb. Lone Peak Ground Bison meat
- 16 oz Mexican Velveeta cheese
- 16 oz Container fresh salsa
- 1/2 Bunch of cilantro
Scramble ground bison, as you would for tacos, on the stove top.
Put cooked ground bison, cheese, salsa and cilantro in a crockpot on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Serve with your favorite chips!
