Bison Sloppy Joes
Looking for an easy, delicious dinner option? Look no further than the classic sloppy joe! If you’ve been curious about trying bison but weren’t sure where to start, this recipe is the perfect introduction. It takes the familiar, comforting flavor of sloppy joes and gives it a nutritious twist by using lean, protein-rich bison.
Bison is an excellent choice for sloppy joes—not only is it lower in fat, making it a healthier option, but it also has less grease, which helps the meat bind beautifully with the savory, tomato-based sauce. The result? A richer, more flavorful sandwich.
Whether you’re simmering on the stovetop or letting it slow cook, these bison sloppy joes are bound to become a weeknight favorite!
