Ingredients

  • 1 lb 1 lb. Lone Peak Ground Bison meat
  • 16 oz Mexican Velveeta cheese
  • 16 oz Container fresh salsa
  • 1/2 Bunch of cilantro

Instructions

  1. Scramble ground bison, as you would for tacos, on the stove top.

  2. Put cooked ground bison, cheese, salsa and cilantro in a crockpot on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

  3. Serve with your favorite chips!
